How important is Micellar Casein in protein whey shakes. Someone was telling me one time that they will not buy whey protein unless it has this in it.

I have one every night before bed to combat catabolism. I use whey for pre & post WO shakes.

I burnt myself out on cottage cheese. The shake is a lot easier. Throw in some fish oil and you are good to go for a good night of solid nutritious sleep.
