^^ He's got it right. The before and afters are reversed.

damn, really? it does make more sense when you think about it. his after picture looks like he just walked off the stage. protan still fresh.

which pisses me off even more.

I was paging through my latest copy of Oxygen Mag and happened accross an Instone ad with this guy's before & after. Add says he lost 37 lbs in 4 months. Doable, yes - but I don't think he got all those muscles from taking the Leanfire he's holding in his "after" picture.

Can you gentlmen give me your opinions on how he went from his before to his after?

is that a bottle of winny in his hand ?

Well, its definitely possible. My cycle, disregarding health, would be

1-16 T3 Ramp
1-2 DNP
ECA-Clen Alternate 12-16
Test P 1-16
Tren A 1-8
Anavar 9-16

roc - the pump part is huge, I agree. It's astonishing how much different a fella can look from the gym to the am

The muscle was there on that guy, just under the fat. Those ads definitely show light/tanning/workout pump enhancements, but many of the dudes look like former college football players at 25% bf. Many 30-something slobs who have let themselves slide still know how to train if they did in their teens/twenties. If you work at a job where you use your arms every day, they will grow. If you use your legs, they will grow.
Again, I went from 235 lbs to 185 lbs in two months. My jeans size went fron 36 waist to 28 waist. I ran alot - and hardly slept. I didn't use any gear, but the low bf illusion is always there - you look bigger when your leaner.

I'm going to have to agree.
While those ads are gimmickie - just like the women's ads I have seen the similiar after shot turn into the before shot and vice versa.

You can see his traps and pecs in the before and I'd say he had the muscle and hadn't worked out in while (look at his forearms) and with a great diet, training and some cardio he could have had the same results.

Yes - the fat loss is definitely doable in that time frame. The pictures are just SO different that it's hard to believe.

I don't put much faith in those ads - but they're really for people that have just started to workout.

Have you noticed in OX mag and on TV that some of the Hydroxicut girls are also the Lean "something" girls now too?

Yes!! There are a slew of new "fat burners" out - and they all have suspiciously similar packaging and advertising - as well as the same chicks. I've noticed the same trend in men's Muscle & Fitness. Muscletech seems to have purchased 1/2 the pages for advertising.
