Men, I Need a Little Reality Check, Please.

He might have lifted weights before and just never did cardio and/or ate like shit...had some muscle covered by a big layer of fat. I see this scenario a lot in the Hydroxycut ads. You can tell the dudes were already big and built they just had a bunch of fat. The pictures of them are probably after a cutting cycle.
Bulk cycle > pictures for ad > cut cycle > pictures for ad.

He might have juiced and/or started working out/eating/dieting like a madman.

But it seems to me the most sensible explanation is that he went on the Subway diet.[/QUOTE]

lol. Subway. :D

what a difference man! if i saw him walking my way in the pre leanfire pic, i wouldnt budge. but if it was the after pic, id move out of the way, call him sir, and give him my wallet. lol, jk. crazy how muscles and fat loss can change so much how u look. they look like different people.

cycle wise? In 4 months??!! probably not..you figure a good prop/tren/eq/winny/clen/t3 cycle is about 14-16 weeks....its a great stack but wouldnt make that "kind" of change that fast in an individual....im thinking that it took this person more time to get to where he is at now and not 4 months..

That's what pisses me off about these companies. Instone has 3 other people in the same ad with before & afters. They all lost fat and are super ripped, but none of them show this kind of muscle gain. Besides, Leanfire sucks. I got a free sample when it first came out and was not impressed.

Its a good gimmick...for those of us "educated" folk like you and I, we dont buy into the BS...but when i young person looks at that...they go buy buy buy!! shoot i was the same way at 16!

The muscle was there on that guy, just under the fat. Those ads definitely show light/tanning/workout pump enhancements, but many of the dudes look like former college football players at 25% bf. Many 30-something slobs who have let themselves slide still know how to train if they did in their teens/twenties. If you work at a job where you use your arms every day, they will grow. If you use your legs, they will grow.
Again, I went from 235 lbs to 185 lbs in two months. My jeans size went fron 36 waist to 28 waist. I ran alot - and hardly slept. I didn't use any gear, but the low bf illusion is always there - you look bigger when your leaner.

I agree. I actually weigh 20 lbs more today than I did 2 years ago, but my clothes are 4 sizes smaller now.

A pump makes a HUGE difference. Take a pic of yourself hung over as shit sticking out your gut trying to look like the biggest peice of garbage you can imagine. Then a week later once your back in the swing of things pop 5 grams of arginine, do a chest workout, apply some pro-tan and chances are your going to look like a different person.
