That's a cool paint style, mine's just plain white but I love the looks of it. I have another all white LTD ESP EC-1000 that sounds pretty sick for metal riffs but it's much harder to solo on with just a single cut away body.

Very cool Nav. I've heard very good things about the DK series. I find the price especially attractive. Are you using it with stock hardware, pick-ups etc? If so, how's the sound?

It came out a few months ago that he also pulled the same stunt (while in Europe) with the woman who starred in The Golden Child with Eddie Murphy. She was 15 or so at the time.

right now just using the stock setup. i got a show coming up next month in Hollywood where i'm gonna use my dimebag camo (which is now painted with blood!), but it'll be my backup guitar. I got a locking strap thing I use on my guitars.

I'm still jnot sure whether to get a big case or just a bag. Bag is just easier to carry and since it's not big, works well.

If i get new pickups, it'll get george lynch ones. I love his sound.

Aside from using the word n*ggers every thing he said wasn't out of line imo.

He's with a woman and she get's ridiculous boobs probably without consulting him about it or just outright ignores his opinion. Girl didn't need giant melons.

This sounds like something ALOT of guys would have said in the heat of the moment. ALOT of people use racist slurs when they are pissed off. Mel seems to be borderline full on racist, but to record comments he made while pissed off is EXTREMELY low.

It's funny people don't realize what a fucking bitch that woman is to do that. Reminds me of Alec Baldwin and Kim Bassinger. Guy is talkin to his probably bitch of a daughter and how he's gonna straighten her out because he loves her and his mother is turning her into a stuck up little whore who won't even respond to her father.

I just think that's incredibly low. Some of the stuff said is abit harsh, but really putting this trash on the air is low as hell.

Sounds to me Mel got involved with this woman and now she's changed from a classy demure looking woman into basically a walking slut and he's not happy about it.

I know alot of guys that don't like their girls walking around looking like a frickin hooker.

Scandelous yes, but even in the heat of the moment he should have a little more control.

People have killed in the heat of the moment, but that doesnt mean it's alright...I'm not trying to lecture, but I also hate that people are actually trying to justify what he said...

he's a drunk with a lot of anger management issues...always has been and this is not the first incident. He doesnt deserve mt sympathy...served him right.

Mel boy should of been more aware of what he says will more than likely been aired out to the public, especially with his history.

The two most recent tapes make me feel really bad for the guy. Dudes yelling (obviously) about how he has no friends...that she was the only one...and he alludes to having some financial problems. I do know he dropped a shit load of money financing a bunch of her music videos on his own.

And I think the woman has a right to be frightened and do whatever she can to protect herself in whatever way she can. Nobody paid any attention to Nicole Simpson either, did they?

Am I the only one who noticed he doesn't even deny that he beat her hard enough to break her teeth while she was holding their baby. His response was that she deserved it, and more.

If she broke the law, the courts will come after her. As I understand it, when one party feels threatened by another party they are within their rights to record conversations without the knowledge of both. If a man spoke to me the way he spoke to her, even in the midst of a divorce, I'd start heading to the shooting range and brush up.
 
Shit like this happens all over the world and just becuase he is famous doesn't make me give 2 more shits about his personal life. I wish more people felt this way so I wouldn't have to see or hear this shit every where I turn.

That's fair enough, so she should've got a restraining order or gone through other avenues? This method seems like she wants to publicly destroy him, it seems like a pretty vindictive way of looking for protection.
 
You need someone's permission before recording them in cali - so none of this is legally admissable. How does the DA not know he wasn't drunk and she's been antagonizing him for hours before he blew up? The DA isn't falling for her plan and her selling them to gossip sites is ruining her credibility. They've already said yesterday they're taking their time investigating this. NEVER underestimate what partners will do in NASTY child support battles. Any cop will tell you the lengths people will go to. NOTHING is unexpected.

Considering she was a homewrecker to land him, nothing is unexpected from miss "oops I wonder how it got to tabloids!". Mel is fucking rich - but also fucking stoopid. He needs serious help.

I just heard like 5 tapes of him upset for not getting a blow job, threatening to burn down the house, to kill her, to kill an employee, to her deserving a bat to her head, too many F bombs to count, the C word so many times it lost meaning, that is beyond normal anger, this dude seems to have actual issues....
 
Supposedly the man has hit her. At the very least he's made serious threats to cause damage to property and threatened her life.

I don't care how angry you are, I don't care what kind of provocation you've been subjected to, that is OUT OF LINE. He's making what would be considered terroristic threats (for anyone who is going to get all legal on me, I will point out that although the exact definition varies from state to state, generally one makes a terrorist threat if one threatens to commit a violent crime for the purpose of terrorizing another). Excusing him because of anything she might have said is tatamount to saying that beating the shit out of someone because they called you bad names is acceptable.

no one else thought the tapes sounded funny? the chicks voice sounds crystal clear, and his voice sounds distorted. supposedly what she said was a voice over done after the recording. not trying to justify what he said, but if we don't know what he responded to it's hard to just judge one side of the story.
