Meal suggestions anyone?

For late nights if i come back from the gym around 11:30pm and i dont want something fattening to eat as i am trying to cut............

any lean meat like chicken or tuna fish will do just don't eat any carbs, maybe some veggies and a little non fat cheese, or casein.
 
i would do a small amount of carbs to replenish you after the workout, but Im not an expert...

by small amount i mean 20-40g depending on your bw
 
imo you could do some light whey protein and just mix it with water instead of milk and that would be like 25g of protein and 110 calories.
 
Not eating carbs at night is a myth.

its hard to say with out stats but i would go for something like 2 scoops whey and 3/4 cup oatmeal (dry measure) post workout.

thats a bad time to get done your w/o and cut.

drink a shake with whey while your still at the gym then right before you go to bed eat tuna and a couple eggs.
