Personally i'd go for a small amount of food rather than an MRP.
If she is trying to drop bodyfat she could have anything really just as long as it's healthy and doesn't take her over her daily calorie intake.
Even 1 hard boiled egg can take the edge of your hunger pangs.
Real food is a lot more nutritious than powders and more satisfying as well, no matter what you read!!
