I did free standing good mornings as my main move, I have never done that before or gone heavy on it so it was kind of scary at first especially with no belt
here is the progression:

455 x 3 my pr i guess....I really didn't have to work for it and I would have gone to 495 pretty easy but I have practice tonight and I was happy with my form and I got almost 90 degrees so it was a good set to end on.

Next was Kettlebell Swing throughs with the 50 ish pound k bells
I did one set to failure around 20

then i did:
225 stone x 3
285 stone x 3
320ish stone x 2
i was so stocked that i got the 3 stone up pretty easily after failing to move it saturday, I am starting to figure out how to get these stones off the ground, I think it will be a few months before I move the 365 stone though..lol

next:
Reverse Hypers
275 x 8
275 x 8
275 x 8
stayed light and worked on contracting my whole posterior chain explosively....it worked I almost fliped the machine over

an last
700 pound tire
3 flips
3 flips
3 flips
my second set I flipped it very well, i was able to flip it without stopping at my knee...the other two sets were fugly but I made it...

then I had a postworkout krispy kreme binge.....woops there goes the john basedow look

sounds like a good first event workout to me lion. very good in fact. nice to meet you saturday. wish you could come back and train with us again.
 
damn that's a lot of weight being thrown around. How did the gm's feel??? the tire gets ugly real quick, lol. you know you might want to run about 10yards up to the tire and try for a solid explosive rep. just a thought. good job...
 
Damn; and I was feeling so good about finally making it to my 20lb dumbells...
 
Actually the gm's felt good and I think I am going to keep them in the rotation for a while, squatting twice a week with all the running I am doing just won't work.

I will NEVER do stones again during the season......lol......I have intense aching from my rotators through my forearms
