squat --- up to 1rm-----365lbs(20lb pr!)
calf raises--- 225lb--3 set 10
events (light day)
thick farmers(1 1/2"-1 5/8")-- 200lb 80ft w/1 turn dropped 5ft after turn(pr) ....and another 75ft run
yoke--475lb(pr) 60ft(never had more than 440lb 30ft b4) and 1 75ft run w/385lbs
truck push(ext cab silv) 75ft down then 75ft back pushin backwards(1st time pushin truck for me)
i tried to max w/squat suit today but i worked up then tried 355 w/straps up and it felt like my body was bein pulled from every direction(new to this) and i got down and fell forward with it.
took the straps down. then got it ok..then went for 365lbs and got it right at parallel so i was happy,,,but i guess i just have to get used to the suit more. i didnt have anyone here so i had to hang the strap on the bar in the rack and jump up and down and slide under it. funny as shit.
