I had a great workout.......... unfortunatly no one will care but me due to the fact that Trinity7 had an amazing day that totally eclipsed me..... oh well heres what we did.
Trinty7 - ME Bench Day.
Floor Press (first time ever doing them) - 70 x 1.. she just missed 75 lbs.
2 board press (1st time as well) - 60 x 3. she looked solid.
bar tricep ext - 20 x 6 sets of 10.
tricep pushdowns - 20 x 3 sets of 10.
1 arm db military press (1st time also) - 10 x 3 sets of 15, each arm.
man that girl of mine was on fire. she continues to inspire an push me with her dedication.
Exodus - ME Leg Day
Goodmorning. (started off arch back and rounded on the way up, however my upper body was going parallel) - 265 x 1.
zercher squat - (i start these from the parallel position) 315 x 3. last week only did it for 1. wahoo!!!!
Floor Glute ham raises - bodyweight x 3 sets of 10.
reverse hypers - 50lbs x 3 sets of 8 each leg.
pull down abs - 50lbs x 5 sets of 15.
lying leg raises - bodyweight x 5 sets of 15.
ok now that im spent from working out and typing.... im going to eat.
