McDonalds for bulking???

Do you guys ever goto McDonalds while bulking? I understand its all very high in saturated fat, but are calories calories?? I get maybe 1-2 meals a week there, and am wondering if I shouldnt...mostly because of time constraints.

so double quarter pounders are not worth it even with close to 46 grams protein?
 
I still eat mcdonalds double macs, no way will I not eat them because of the wrong fats, cals, ect, I mean thats what omega oils and flax is good for no?
 
I suppose...there's just no benefit from it. I still eat double quarter pounders but I try to limit it, and if I do I eat it directly after lifting. There's more than 40 g of protein in a double quarter pounder ;). There's like 31 in a regular quarter pounder with cheese. Just watch out for mad cow...but hey man...eating mcdonalds is a way to grow without saying that YOU took steroids :). Just becareful not to get a belly or clog up your arteries.
 
Anything can be okay in moderation. That just proves less so when trying to cut. When you bulk, you can get away with it. I wouldn't use McDonald's as your main source of calories for bulking, however.
 
What other kind of foods do you guys eat when you bulk? I have trouble hitting my 3500-4000 cal/day. I eat ALOT of tuna, chicken, bread, potatoes, etc. but i still fall short pretty regularly unless i throw in something thats super high calorie like a mc deez double quarter.
 
You should really try and avoid doing that. If it is an emergency-type thing that only happens infrequently, I don't see it as a major issue.
