What do you think would be the best kind of weight training for a martial artist? By martial artist I mean strictly going for strength/speed, so it doesn't matter if your a kickboxer, a street fighter or a point fighter... whatever. I would say a 3 or 4 day split, doing some speed work in there and ofcourse some Oly lifts. I would hit EVERYTHING, but would you prioritize anything? What do you think?
