Not smoking any more because of drug tests at work, but agree with Canuck #1. Would smoke before my workouts and just destroy the weights. So focused that nothing broke my concentration. In my own little world. Believe it or not, when I first started smoking pre-workout, I was coming off a long break from pot. From one workout to the next, I went up 10-20 pounds on exercises like bench, squats, and military press. The weights were going up like they were nothing!
