Hell I would have been thrown into shock/panic and probably did something dumb like sit there and pull pull pull it all the way out like a wool sweater snag unraveling all the while shrieking at the top of my lungs.

BTW Sword fish is the one with lots of worms. I've seen a piece of sword fish thrown on a grill and little pin worms start squirming for their lives. I've also seen what could have been a 5 ft long tape worm in a sword fish. Cook just ripped it out and cut up the filets.
