There is a news story thread on here somewhere about a guy that was taken to the ER because of tapeworms. (Not an EF member obviously).

Apparently he had been sick for months and one day he was taking a crap on the toilet and when he reached back to wipe, about 5 feet of tapeworm was hanging out of him. He tried pulling it out but got scared (who wouldn't) and was taken to the ER by his wife where they had to kill the parasite and then expel it from his body.

Hell I would have been thrown into shock/panic and probably did something dumb like sit there and pull pull pull it all the way out like a wool sweater snag unraveling all the while shrieking at the top of my lungs.
