the time you spend in the gym.... I see it day in and day out... guys and gals just going through the motions, why bother, if you are going to workout then do it to the max (unless injured). what I am trying to say is for many beginners is get into the zone and give it your all, with good form, leave the EGO at the door and get down to business.
So many times have I heard "How come I can't lift as much?", or "How come you try so hard?" it really comes down to how much do you want it. Self-improvement is not easy, training by yourself is even harder with only yourself pushing you, but it is there within you!!! You know when you dog it, so next time you get to the gym, garage, basement, track, ect.. give it all you have and watch the results as you grow day in and day out.....
