So my friend and I went to the gym sat to do some leg work, he wanted to see what I do for legs, since he was sick and tired of leg press and machines...so we start of by doing, of course, SQUATS....He figured he outweighed me by 30lbs at the same height...so he thought he could outlift me....
that's right 6 set of pyramid and one burnout set, the last two sets of the pyramid were done with a 2 second pause at the bottom, I only worked up to 315 for 10 but i felt good and was just trying to get my form down since I haven't done low reps in a while....
Then we go do windsprints, only 2 hundred yard dashes with 45sec rest times, but we sounded like beached whales, lol
we go back in do some bicepts (his idea not mine) then we did burnouts on the leg extensions and ham curls, we supersetted each, as we walk outside to my car I hear my friend say "I'll meet you at the car, I gotta catch my breath, next thing I know he walk a little way off to the side and pukes all over the place.....hahaha He hasn't called me today I wonder how his legs are doing....
