Major cramping

I was working abs today after work and after my first set of planks and flutter kicks my abs cramped up so damn bad I about passed out!

Every stomach muscle I have locked and tightened and it hurt trying to stretch it out. This has happened once before but not as bad. I use to be able to rip my abs apart and be GT2.

Anyone have any ideas????

I drink about a gallon of water a day so I'm not dehydrated. My sodium intake is relatively low as I don't like it much.

this happened to me on epistane. and ever since then im now able to get them from time to time. i had 1MR and it did it to me everytime, i got rid of the stuff. on beastdrol ill get them a little too. whenever i asked about it on here, people just assumed i meant back/shin/calf pumps. the general idea that i gathered from searching is its sodium/potassium/ water retention related. makes sense since taking anything that dries me out causes the cramps

I just came off a tren only cycle about a week and a half ago. I'm scared to work abs again cause it hurt so damn bad lol I guess I'm gonna increase my sodium/potassium I take and increase water to 1.5 gallons and see if that works.

are you running taurine?

the tren is still in your body

and your hormones are changing that can cause it. up your potassium around a workout. bananas are a logical one.

its nothing to worry about at all, like getting a charlie horse in the abs. but if it keeps happening you could have something more serious going on.

The only taurine I've had was in a monster about a week ago. Wasnt aware that it was a supp that could be bought.

Yes that's pretty much all it is, an ab Charlie horse. Now that I think about it these past few weeks since I've came off tren I've been cramping everywhere a lot easier. When I stretch, my lats, shoulders and part of my back will sometimes cramp and it's hell uncramping them.

I'm gonna incorp a banana or two about 45 min before workout.

taurine for sure...and a potato is twice the potassium of a banana..but may be off limits for your diet..idk
everyone has said potassium but im gonna say...add magnesium and potassium

if you hate sodium and dont eat it often, have some chicken soup..the cheap canned concentrate variety..tons of sodium, no one hates it

fuck some flutter kicks...lolol

you should always run taurine with tren or dbol. and if you run clen its almost mandatory.

N2guard has enough taurine in it to reduce these types of things from happening, thats why you always see me preaching to run n2guard with tren. it isn't cause i'm trying to sell it, its so guys won't get their workouts ruined like what happened to you.. its not gonna eliminate it 100%, but it will reduce it bigtime .. you still want to feel that tightness and pump when you workout but you also don't want to have to stop your workout and lessen the weight cause its getting in your way.

I never cramp anywhere but for the past couple of months, the same cramping has been happening to me. For me, it felt like there was something in my abs moving and ready to explode out. I couldn't walk or breathe and it scared the shit out of me. I usually will eat a banana an hour before a workout and I take NOW Taurine Powder before a workout, and that seems to do the trick. If that doesn't solve it, you may want to consult your physician. When it first happened, I was afraid it was an abdominal aortic aneurysm (look it up). Get it checked if it persists!
