For the last 3 months or so I've been bulking like there is no tomorrow. Also did a cycle of FINA. I'm 6'2 and now weigh about 220, BF% is getting into the high teens. My training schedule looks like this.
Sunday: chest
Mon: Back
Tues:shoulders and traps
Wed: off
Thurs: biceps/triceps
Fri: legs
Sat

I want to start reducing my BF% for the summer, but I'm the type of person that when I bring down my caloric intake and mix in a little cardio, I lose size really quickly. What's the best way to maintain my muscle mass and size?
