macro nutrients and carb rotation

Hi everyone. I have been reading awhile, but a new poster. I am 5'3, 120 lbs, 17 % BF. I have incorporated the 40/30/30 plan into my diet as I do not think I was getting enough fat before (I am a fat phobe). The above is mostly comprised of lean proteins, veggies, oatmeal, brown rice, almonds and peanut butter. I am also a distance runner (no marathons, just 1/2's right now). I do heavy lifting 3-4 times a week to try and maintain my muscle - as I realize I lose a lot from distance running.

If I following the 40/30/30 plan...do I am for this ratio everyday? What if I want to add a carb rotation as well? How do I get 40/30/30 on a low carb day? Or should I aim for this over a more extended period, say a week? Thanks.

imo - a carb rotation is not for you(at this point) as you are running 1/2 marathons.

yep - carb rotation is great for overcoming a plateau on fat loss and really works best when moderate carbs are needed for fuel
