I blame these things for my stalled weight loss. I'm doing atkins, and I thought I could eat a jar a day and be fine. Noooooope. If you can discipline yourself -eat them, but they are way too good to just snack on (Atkins recomends a handful - yea right!). If you can eat them and not pack on the weight go for it, but at 6 bucks a jar you can afford to get rid of them. A girl at work got hung up on Mac Nuts too - stalled her weight loss. Plus the protien in them is pretty low - go for an atkins bar and a pint of water instead.
