What is recommended dosage for women?

As far as I am aware, there shouldn't be anything in it that has side effects specific to females, however you could always try half the standard dose and slowly increase it if you feel okay.

The typical dosing for men is 7 caps but not sure how much women should be taking.

The ONLY reason I'd adjust the serving size is that most trained women are smaller than the average guys
