AM HIIT 30/60 8 cycles
15 min warmup 15 min to finish trail (kind of happy about that because I seemed to have gotten faster during my 30 sec cycles)
AhhhhhhhhIIIIIIII can't believe it's already the end of September. I'm going fight to be in the best shape of my life by the end of the year...uh-huh.
