I'll take your excellent advice, The Shadow and defer the fat burners so I can concentrate on diet and exercise. Thank you.

I hope you are doing good! Today I am resting, trying really hard not to beat myself up.
I am enjoying the rest, and will ho HITT again tommorrow.
You keep at it GF...Even if it hurts, or you are tired think..."Am I really tired? Or is it just impatience?I want it to finish?" You will get over the workout soon, You will enjoy your day..Ohhhh and endorphins will be rising and you will miss them the day you do not train...LOL...
Check up on you soon...I am a mortal!!!:lmao:

I am here trying to get away from the board and trying really hard to go to park and do HITT, It's hazy outside, a little cool for me, I am still sleppy coffee is hot, Kids are ZZzzzzz, I can hear an owl, no cars...perfect scenario to go back to bed, and forget workout....
Well NOOOOOOOOOOOO, I will be getting up, and enjoying the 20 minute warm up jog, doing the HITT, even if I huff and puff, but IT will be over in an hour....and diet will be clean, because my mind works that way...You worked now keep it goal oriented...
If I do not go, I'd probably bread, or junk...PLUS the whole day I'd be calling myself a loser...
Ay ay ay...mejor me voy...(better leave)
I hope you have a nice day and do not by any means stray away from your goal!

Hi Ilk and Florencia! I hope you gals are enjoying the weekend, as well :). Your posts are great motivators!!!


I started The Shadow Project this morning by doing 45 minutes on the treadmill. I will post my diet tonight after I get it logged in on FitDay.

I live in the mountains, so access to a gym is prohibitive. I do have my TotalGym and a barbell with weights. Right now I'm going down the list of leg exercises (for Monday) to see what Total Gym exercises would be comparable. I'm not sure what a 'hack' is but I'll get on the search for it:D.

I am posting three pics (back, side, legs). I couldn't bring myself to post my abs as they are a mess and I think it's too early in our relationship to have the forum crying for deliverance from the image. I will save it for the future and post it alongside my progress pic.

So far, so good...I can hardly wait to see if there is any difference at the end of week one:).

You guys are great company!
 
Mountains?? Where, if I may ask?
