Lower Gut or stomach or whaeva it is:/

Can i loose the lower stomach if i eat a certain amount of good carbs veggies,oatmeal and protein source about 100carbs 160protein or 150carbs and 160protein

i do morning lifting and cardio on empty stomach ?? is this good?
 
also another question ,in the morning when i do lifts and cardio on empty stomach in the AM.......what sould i eat ......today i just had protein shake cause i had to get to class
protein shake has 10gram carbs in the them ,21protein should it trow in a fruit like a banana or apple?,peach?
 
cardio is good in the morning because it burns the stored fat rather than burning the calories you've eaten from the whole day. Working out in the morning, on an empty stomach, is not a good idea. You need energy (speciffically carbs) to burn during a workout. I realize alot of people workout in the morning but you should get something to eat atleast on hour before your workout. If I have to workout in the morning I wake up an hour and a half before, get the something to eat, and then I go back to sleep untill it's time to workout. I don't know your weight, stats, or goals so I can't give you any amount of protein, carbs, or fat you should be getting in one day. List them and I'll try to help out. You can loose your lower "belly" if you do cardio, but you should build up the muscle too. Make sure you work your abs about every three-four days.
 
my stats are 5'9 ,160lbs goal is to loose lower stomach/flab/gut whaeva its suppose to be cause its the only part that doesn't make me look lean:P :P
 
does it matter if i use spices to make my chicken taste good? i like to use curry powder/garlic and chili powder for the taste on chicken or turkey
 
nope spice away, so long as you they don't contain salt than your pretty much good to go.

another interesting thing is hot spicy foods are said to raiser you metabolims by a bit.
 
You need about 170g of protein, 150g of carbs, and 30g of fat each day.....that's good fats (unsaturated). I'd definately try to eat clean carbs like oatmeal, brown rice, and fruit. You need to eat about every 2.5-3 hours. That should help you out!!!!

you think i am better of with a keto diet? or the 170protein/150carbs a day good and since i do am cardio i can loose the lower gut,but i think saturday or sunday i cheat cause usually we go out or POLISH COOKING :/ :/
 
I don't think you should go with a keto diet...that's pretty much for extreme measures......loosing a little flab on your stomach isn't an extreme measure. If you just stick to a clean diet and keep with the cardio....it will go away.
