one of the thing i have been confused about lately is, do you do a low intensity cardio while your bulking? Lets say you do 15mins of low intensity stair master after your gym sesh. would that target your fat or more so the calories that should be going to your muscles?
reason being; the only places on my body that has noticable fat is my stomach
