Low G.I PW, No Mo CRASH!

I tried experimenting with quick oats and whey immidiately PW instead of my usual gluc/whey for the sake of I felt like I was gonna crashm burn and sleep as soon as it would hit my mouth...........ever since, my gains have been increasing daily and are MUCH leaner than I have ever experience.......just thought I'd share, but remember, what works for some, may not work for others..........just a thought. :supercool

Really, I've tried solid food/low GI on myself/clients, and it just doesn't work for most.
(diabetics who cannot have dex, yes)

You are right, what works for some does not work for others.

I actually like the slight crash I get from my post workout hi gi meal, I like taking a nap after my workouts.

How did I know youd be the first to reply???? I'm not saying one is better and Ill probably use both....just feel so much better with the rush.........I go 1 cup pre, 1/2 cup post and then 1 cup pre-bed...........works out nicely....

I was the first to reply probably because I am up every morning @ 5 and I handle biz until my cardio 2 hours later. :)

Then I have to call M-mag and get them to mail me an issue! I'm in it, and others have seen it, but not me! Always the last to know, LMFAO..............

I missed that part I guess....ok.....all good....what did you try it with? What are you goals right now? Diet wise? Training?
