until you figure that out you will simply spin your wheels forever.. want a list of kiddie food? very easy list just look at what a typical 10 year old eats in america today here it is:
1. 99% of yogurt
2. milk
3. cereal
4. ice cream
5. fast food
6. chicken nuggets (lol)
7. protein powders (yeah i said it but they are a joke)
8. peanut butter/jelly(yeah sorry but it is true)
9. bread
10. donuts/pastries
11. candy/chocolate
Muskate nailed it.......eat oatmeal with some fruit or just don't eat carbs and have some eggs. Personally I don't eat breakfast at all. That is a great option if you are trying to lose weight. Look into intermittent fasting.
