Low Carb Creatine... I need some asap. Any ideas?

what do you use right now?
mass action by met-rx has 60 cals per serving and tastes great

I am so sorry... i meant to say Carb.. err. But Cal too. Right now i take EAS Phosphagen HP which is loaded with sugar and calories.

oh alright... how many carbs does the eas have?
cuz the met-rx i said before for low cals has 15 carbs per serving...
which isnt bad considering cell tech has 75
i hope thats good enough for ya but if you have any questions
do what you gotta do
oh and sugars... 9g compared to 75g also in cell tech

just get pure creatine....without all the sugar crap added - like AST or Eclipse or EAS Simply Creatine.....then you can mix it with whatever you want.

or you could do that... just plain monohydrate right?
heard up to 2/3 can be dissolved in stomach acid...

thanks... yeah i'll get the EAS simply creatine..

i now have the EAS Phosphagen HP.... works pretty well but its 30+ sugar and carbs.
