Low blood sugar help

[FONT=&quot]I'm trying to help my mother out, but finding a formula or creating a product VIA CC, in which she can take daily to keep her sugar levels at bay.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Im pretty sure she doesnt even eat alot of carbs... but her doctor says her levels are too high.[/FONT]

I don't know that there is going to be a great solution other then her very carefully tracking her diet and altering her intake as needed.

She might be borderline type II. Get her out and walking / doing exercise.

diet, diet, diet and fasting, fasting, fasting. that is the best and healthiest way to fight insulin resistance.

if you want to get her a supplement, get her n2slin and have her take that before meals. that will help too

Yeah agreed you have to monitor what she is eating. Make sure she is walking around trying to do some form of exercise.
