okay, time to complain some more,
j/k
as far as diet goes, dont worry, im not forgetting about it, but at the same time I'm making sure I dont go hungry too, I would rather just do more cardio to lose the fat than sit around and count calories until my stomach feels like its going to collapse from the gaping emptyness inside.
I make good food choices and choose not to worry about quantity, as long as im not pigging out or anything.
AustinTX,
That is a good suggestion. I suppose I could try cardio after weights instead of before. As long as the weights wouldnt make me too tired to do cardio. I think i have tried that before actually, and the problem wasnt that I was tired afterwards, but rather sick of having to be in the gym for another half hour, heheh.
I think the time investment is what's important here, If I spend less time in the gym, i wont get bored of everything as fast, and Ill have more tolerance to do weights and cardio in one session.\
Oh, and jackangel,
ur right about HITT cardio, it probably is more effective, but it also takes more thought process and its also a lot harder.
My pace is constant throughout but im not dogging it with my cardio right now, i usually get a pretty good workout in, (it just probably isnt burning as much fat now as it used to)
bah.. I guess the old saying remains true, if u wanna get cut, ur gonna have to do things you dont want to do after all.
