Lost weight on Medifast but now need advice
Hello,
Over the last 4 weeks I have been on the "Medifast" diet and have lost over 20lbs (258 to 236) by mainly eating their food and exercising a little. Their program only recommends only 45 minutes of exercise due to the low calorie intake. I am kinda tired of their food and am now ready to workout more vigorously and would welcome advise on a new diet/supplements/workout program with the view to lose even more weight and cut up. My goal is around 210.
My present daily average intake on their diet is: 900 calories, 80gms Carbs, 20gms Fat and 130 gm protein. They advise 6 meals a day. I am eating their oatmeal/egg substitutes/protein shakes/bars already and am not consuming any alcohol.
I would like appreciate some guidelines on what I should increase/decrease my calorie/carb/fat intake to and what food sources would be best.
Thanks in advance.
