Lift Heavy, HIIT or walk, and eat 500 less then your maintenance. Keep protein intake at 40% or higher and try to keep carbs and fat at 30/30. Don't go by your weight when you weigh in, also go by the measurements you take. I haven't really lost any weight at all frm last week, but I did lose an inch off of my thigh and waist, and gained a quarter inch on my bicep and a quarter on my chest. I've been hovering around 185-188 for past 2 weeks.
Try to get your BF% done once a month, I'm going to try to get mine done during my week off of work for the Holidays. The last time I went, in August, was 28%. I was destroyed and couldn't believe it, hopefully I'm 18% now.
