losing weight and gettin cut!

besides runnin, light weights, and eating better, what else is there to do for me to cut on weights and get cut myself???

nothing..supplements MIGHT help very very little..
 
like was mentioned in the first reply, you're much better off lifting heavy weights not light. You're going to maintain more muscle mass this way while while dieting.
 
Yep exactly what they said up above. Increase your cardio and obviously you wanna expend more calories than you take in. I believe 1lb of body fat has like 3200 caloric energy in it or some shit I read awhile back which seems hard but when your on a strict diet with cardio you should get real cut. Use heavy weight training to help preserve muscle mass and use the diet and cardio to get cut.
 
Other then the above, Dedication and the Will Power to carry Through. Maybe Patience and a lack of care for your taste buds not being entertained as often?

Lift Heavy, HIIT or walk, and eat 500 less then your maintenance. Keep protein intake at 40% or higher and try to keep carbs and fat at 30/30. Don't go by your weight when you weigh in, also go by the measurements you take. I haven't really lost any weight at all frm last week, but I did lose an inch off of my thigh and waist, and gained a quarter inch on my bicep and a quarter on my chest. I've been hovering around 185-188 for past 2 weeks.

Try to get your BF% done once a month, I'm going to try to get mine done during my week off of work for the Holidays. The last time I went, in August, was 28%. I was destroyed and couldn't believe it, hopefully I'm 18% now.

shit bro 28% b/f at 185pounds!! how tall are you, about 3ft???
 
No, I was 28% at 208 pounds, which was in August and I still think the guy did it wrong but I'm going to get him to do it again in the hopes he is consistant.

NOW I am 185 pounds, hoping for 18%. I'm on a 5'7" frame. You should see my before pictures from 2004, I was 255 back than and once I was 273 in High School.
