Losing water weight

I need to look great in a outfit this friday.....what is the best way to get rid of water weight??????
 
drink lots of water and your body will push most of it out not sure how much you will need to drink i guess at least a galon a day you could also cut back on carbs for a few days this should help with some water weight hope this helps and good luck oh yea and you look pretty good in that avatar
 
Drink 2 gallons of water throughout the day and about four hours before you go out slam 3 or 4 caffinated beverages like diet coke, and watch the majic happen. I do it every fri night

mmmm...I dunno about that one. Carbonated beverages like that sometimes make women feel more bloated.
 
Drop all salt out of your diet tomorrow (Thursday).
Keep water intake HIGH.
Don't drink carbonated beverages tomorrow or Friday.
Don't eat veggies such as Brocolli or Beans thurs or fri (gassy).
Don't eat any starchy carbs AT ALL Thurs or Fri.
If you can, visit a sauna to sweat out some excess water.
DON'T go tanning Friday - brings water to the surface, smoothing you out.
I'd skip cardio Friday for the same reason - unless you do it early morning.

Gymgurl; You'll look dynamite Friday night. 4 ounces of water aint gonna change it.
