Drop all salt out of your diet tomorrow (Thursday).
Keep water intake HIGH.
Don't drink carbonated beverages tomorrow or Friday.
Don't eat veggies such as Brocolli or Beans thurs or fri (gassy).
Don't eat any starchy carbs AT ALL Thurs or Fri.
If you can, visit a sauna to sweat out some excess water.
DON'T go tanning Friday - brings water to the surface, smoothing you out.
I'd skip cardio Friday for the same reason - unless you do it early morning.
