I'd don't know how many times I've seen Pumping Iron. That fat guy curling the 5 lb. dumbells at Lou's gym, Lou pausing in between reps during inclines, "Ah, Ah, Ah, Ah.", Big Tony at the front desk who's laughing at Arnold for no reason.

Ed Corney doing squats is my favorite though. I watch that all the time before a leg workout.

My old Training Partner quoted that movie word for word for WORD daily ... perfect accent & everything ... I have voicemails from 'Ahnold'... " Hey Big Mandi, how are you do-ING ..."

Every now and again if I'm working out with somebody, I'll finish my set and say "I'm not satisfied. I want more weight on the bar. I wanna beat-em" in a Ferrigno voice.

There's so many funny parts to that movie. Arnold to Frank Zane: "Tell Louie I said Hi."

NICE ... I agree.. I was bragging about this to the lady who does my BF (bodyfat) at the gym .. I'm like YOU MUST see this doc. woman, whatsamattawitchu ... lol

I told her this is a prereq for trainers ... period ...
