Started sl 5x5 last week but have alot of belly fat not realy all over just on belly , diet is clean and sugar is very low was just thinking when would best time to add cardio into routine? Im currently 5.10ft and weigh 11 stone 12 pounds not to sure on bf levels
Takes time. Sugar is key whats low sugar to you?
Id say 10-12 weeks with diet and hard work u could cut 7% of body fat ive done it before with a cheat day per week.
