Loose weight / gains quickly with 30/30/40 diet

hello frnds
i have a problem in gaining weight . when i stop going to gym for jus 1 month or leave suppliment but still continee gym i loose weight quickly jus with in 1 month, My diet is very good , my diet consist of vegitables and i dnt eat shitty junks and a normal diet of mine is eazily around 2500 cal if i am not taking acc to gym. unless it have 150g p , 500g carbs and 70 g fat
but i dnt knw why i loose all the gains when i stop taking suppliment etc .. is that all water retension .. how can i stable my gains ?? i want to gain 10kg first dnt want jus lean muscles it take 1 to 2 yrs
anyonee have same prob in his carrier ? can smone help me on this stuff ?

its really demotivating that u work ur ass off to get gains and they jus disappear
my frnds do the same but they still didnt loose all smthing they dnt even take diet properly but still got the gains.
can masturbation become prob too ?:p

1) how old are you?
2) your stats?
3) list what you eat daily
4) list how and when you train
5) list what supplements you take
 
i am 23 ..
body weight 58 .. dont knw fat percentage but i can see my 4 pack
in diet i have potato eggs skinless chicken rice milk .. i am following the diet which is suggested by u in my old thread .. low fat high protein n carbs
i train with 4 days in week at evening time for 1.5 hrs
most of exercise i do with 4 sets and 10 reps ...
the last time i took gainer i dnt know its name its up my weight but not muscles actually
now i am statring Dominator Gainrator

You want to gain weight - but where? Fat cells. Not good.

Extra Energy has to go somewhere. So you guessed it - yep, you HAVE to workout and lift weights. Not too heavy, not too light.

Workout 3x a week and workout every body part. There's a million threads and youtube videos explaining best ways to build muscle - so i'll digress.

But ensure you get enough

1) food
2) protein
3) creatine


Have you looked up your BMR? 2500 seems like almost maint. level calories. You'll have to eat 3,000+ if you have very little body fat. Otherwise your muscles will want gluchose/ffa and there's nothing there. This is how people strain and get injured.
 
yeaa i have calculated everything bmr , calorie intake etc etc n all
i am taking a proper diet and which is explaned by best users over here
my question is that i loose weight after leaving suppliment with proper diet
why that happen to me after a month , my gains are not stable
 
bodyweight 58kg? how can you lose anything you already have nothing lol

Srs tho OP it could just be the supplements causing water gain like creatine because it causes ALOT of water retention

i didnt take creatine it was weight gainer
i was able to get 5 kg and jus after some time i loose all again
my diet consist of good carbs n protein still gains gone
what shd i do to maintain them
