Looks like I have a shoulder injury-advice please!!

About 2 years ago I hurt my shoulder while lifting and it was basically just a nagging pain inside the shoulder that would hurt while doing presses. It started acting up again recently and so I looked into it online- then get this- yesterday after I had just been reading about rotator cuff injuries I hurt my other shoulder somehow while doing arms yesterday. What the hell! Now my right shoulder hurts like hell when I mimic the shoulder press movement. So...what can I do to fix this? I did a little searching and found some advice on exercises as well as advice to stop pressing temporarily- anything advice from those who have had shoulder injuries? I suppose I should stop presses and incline bench. Damn!! Help please!!
 
Fuck if I felt like reading a book, I wouldn't be on here. Those were some long ass posts. I've struggled with injuries for years now. What works for me is to work around the injury. If flat bench hurts my shoulder, I will do decline for awhile.
 
I just had AC surgery on my shoulder. Problems with the ac joint can be similar to a rotator cuff as far as symptoms go. Neither one is fun, but the ac joint takes less time to heal.

If that was for me, thanks but I have difficulty lifting just my arm to 90 degrees without severe pain. The doctor says I have to do that 3 times a day, 15-30 reps.:(

Lets just say that the last couple days have not been fun.
 
Thanks allot Champ! This shit is hurting like hell. I am iceing it when I get home. I must have done something to it last night when I did arms. Maybe when I was doing head crushers. Man, its like one injury after another- how am I supposed to get big with all this BS?!?! I still have bad pain from sciatica but I have learned to live with it. How ironic that my right shoulder gets fucked upi the day after I start looking into what could be wrong with my left shoulder. Must be bad karma from bad shit I did when I was young. haha.
 
Rotator Cuff problem. Must be from lifting too heavy on shoulder presses and incline presses. Its weird because the left shoulder has been hurting off and on for 2 years but never really all that painful and then yesterday- BAM! Now the other one hurts way worse. It is painful just to lift my above my shoulder height. I am gonna try ice and see what happens. I was doing heavy curls last night so maybe I aggravated it somehow.
