About 2 years ago I hurt my shoulder while lifting and it was basically just a nagging pain inside the shoulder that would hurt while doing presses. It started acting up again recently and so I looked into it online- then get this- yesterday after I had just been reading about rotator cuff injuries I hurt my other shoulder somehow while doing arms yesterday. What the hell! Now my right shoulder hurts like hell when I mimic the shoulder press movement. So...what can I do to fix this? I did a little searching and found some advice on exercises as well as advice to stop pressing temporarily- anything advice from those who have had shoulder injuries? I suppose I should stop presses and incline bench. Damn!! Help please!!
