I would give it a good 6 months of being back in the gym training hard and with a good diet first. Get as much back naturally as you can in that time. Then look to run the cycle.
I went through some medical issues where I lost some muscle mass over the past year
wasn’t able to really put the time into the weight room
I’m looking to get back my conditioning with the help of using steroids
my thoughts are doing testosterone and equipoise and doing 300 mg each for 12 weeks\
previous stats was 220 lbs now I’m down to 195 lbs and I’m currently 46 years old
do you think this is a good setup?
