looking to regain lost muscle

I went through some medical issues where I lost some muscle mass over the past year
wasn’t able to really put the time into the weight room
I’m looking to get back my conditioning with the help of using steroids
my thoughts are doing testosterone and equipoise and doing 300 mg each for 12 weeks\
previous stats was 220 lbs now I’m down to 195 lbs and I’m currently 46 years old
do you think this is a good setup?

to regain lost muscle you need to get test and deca not eq

250mgs test 200mgs deca and really push it out with food
 
tbol is also a great oral to use
 
a Primo is a great steroid but you're going to want to use 200 mg of testosterone with it
 
if I'm you I go with Primo all day it's a great steroid but it's a little pricey
 
equipoise is a nice mild option and you can bulk or cut on it
 
you'll get great results on either Prem or equipoise if you stack it I would do 300 mg each
 
try some tren with it beleive it or not. tren stacks well with both
 
I would give it a good 6 months of being back in the gym training hard and with a good diet first. Get as much back naturally as you can in that time. Then look to run the cycle.
