I've been training for 6 years, and I've been going on and off for that same amount of time, I guess since I started training seriously. Here are my stats
Cycle (cutting)
50mg Winny/day
400mg EQ/week
500mg Enanthate/week
Diet:
7 AM - 6 eggs (3 yolks), 1 cup OJ, 1 piece wheat bread
10:30 AM - 1 can tuna with little mayo and some pasta
1:30 PM - 12oz chicken, rice or sweet potato
4:30 PM 1 can of tuna
6:30 PM - Lean Body bar (Mint chocolate chip )
9 PM - Regular dinner (whatever mom made)
Training:
I train 4 days per week, usually Mon-Thur, and I take off Friday + the weekends. I try to do cardio for 35min about 2-3 times per week.
That's it!
I'm not talking about competing to ultimately be a pro, I'm not stupid. I'm well aware that I dont have the genetics to do that, so no sense in kidding myself. But just for the fuck of it, ya know?
