I was in your same boat and attained what you would call the abercrombie model look plus 20lbs
Anyways it seems to me that you are kinda chunky if you have a 38" waist... No offense but i was real chunky and i never had over a 36" waist... So basically you want to lean up, maintain it for a while, then possibly get a little bigger
Forget the TKD, too much of a hassle and if all you care about is attaining the look then go with the CKD.
I am guessing you want to get down frokm 218lbs to around 190lbs or so...
Run the CKD for as long as it takes to lean you up, then switch up to a diet where you eat at your maintenance for a few days, then 10-20% above maintnenance for a few days
While doing the CKD, get some NYC, yohimburn, and r-ala... The first two will be better than xenadrine... The r-ala will get you into ketosis faster, and i load up on carb day and stay in keto... I usually take 300-400mg with meals on carb up day.
Do low intensity cardio like treadmill 15 degree incline at 4.0-4.5mph for 35-45 minutes. Workout hard
Once you get down to your target bf%... Bring back a balanced diet and hit some test and winny... Thats what i did and my body metamorphosed from big bulky ape man, to solid freaky looking lean man
