all you boxers out there, I am looking for a good cardio workout where I can pound on a heavy bag....
maybe some kind of intense interval thing....
I could bang on a heavy bag for a half hour, but I am looking for specific things like do this 30 times then this 30 times...etc. etc.
any good routines?
