Looking for a better way to deliver programs to my clients

My company website runs on WordPress and I am looking for a new plugin that will allow my coaches to upload a clients plan to their account while also allowing the client to access the files. Ultimately we want to have this integrated with our new app as well so if anyone has any plugins they can recommend or suggestions I would love to hear them. Thanks ahead of time everyone.
