Let me start off with the stats
6'4
217lbs
22%bf (rough guess)
bench max 260
squat max 275
deadlift unknown (will find out today)

ok so here is the story (as brief as i can be).

I was never big in high school. 6'3, 175 and my bench max was 170. that summer before college i got on n.o. xplode and hopped up to a 255 bench max and went to 190lbs, finally had some definition and a little mass. 2 years later in may before summer 2010 i was at 235 with a max of 240 on bench and probably 30% body fat...i was disgusted with myself. i bought another bottle on noxplode and started back in the gym. then hit a cycle of anavar and by the end of the summer my max was 295 on bench and i had dropped down to 220 and prolly 18%bf. well i got lazy and just got back in the gym. thankfully i have retained a good amount of the strangth i gained but now im ready to just focus on getting huge and cutting in the spring....

i have my diet good to go. 6-7 meals a day w/ 250g protein+-, about 3500 cals and all that good stuff. what i need help with is a good 4 day routine to just pack on the mass. i want to work out for awhile and then about mid november hit a cycle of test. so if anyone has any tips, workout ideas, or sees something im doing wrong please critique me.

lastly i would say my goals i wanna achieve before i hit my cycle is just gaining my strength/lifting endurance back so i can get the most out of my cycle.

ok maybe adding some more thoughts will get me some help haha. after reading around im thinking of doing an uper/lower split because if i understand correctly doing all the deadlifting, squating, and presses is what will give me the mass gains im loooking for? i searched around but couldnt exactly find a uppper/lower split that looked good. can anyone point me in the right direction and help me with a routine or let me know if a upper/lower split is not the right thing for what im tryng to achieve

If you read up there is a sticky about the ultimate split, thats a good place to start. Or wendlers 5/3/1(an ebook) as B will probably end up telling you, is well worth the read, read it twice and then again.
