05:30 AM : 80mg iron element (from bisglycinate) + 80mg Vitamine C element (from Acerola).

06:00 AM : Milk 1/2 cream 500ml + 40g Whey (37,6g Protéines Nx6.38) + 4g fish oil (1600MG EPA + 1200MG DHA) + 50G nuts + 80G Oats.

08:30 AM :Legs Day (Training made by coach and my physiotherapist)

Bike :
- 20 mins

Squat with TRX (once crouched, I block for 4 scds for every rep)
- 12 reps
- 10 reps
- 10 reps
- 12 reps

Leg press (i block for 4scds for every reps, pain come back on legs so i reduce from 40 to 30 and 50 to 40)
- 30kgs 12 reps
- 40kgs 10 reps
- 40kgs 10 reps
- 30kgs 12 reps

Legs extension : (once the extension is done I block for 4 seconds for each repetition, i reduce from 40 to 30 and from 50 to 40)

08:00 PM : 180G White hake + 100G lentills blond + 10G olive oil + fresh tomato sauce with Provencal herbs + 50g mix legums + 120G fresh yogurt.

11:00 PM : 50G Milk Protein (80%Casein Micellar 20%Whey) + 1 Egg Organic Raw (With 10 drops of VitaminD3 in the yolk Total 3000 ui's) + 60MG Zinc element (from Bisglycinate) + 400MG Magnesium element (from Bisglycinate)+ 500MG Milk Thistle.
 
People often forget that EP has the deca dosed at 250ml :)

I have some whole pasta rich in fiber, i plan to add this in the diet thanks for advice
@lundgren try taking baby aspirin 100mgs 5 days per week it will help a lot with blood flow
and you taking fiber daily?
I have only 500mg and 333mg, i tried with 333 divised /2 so 166mg, it's maybe to much ?
In 3 months I have a check-up with the red blood cell specialist and see if I need to do a bloodletting.

Yes i know :cautious: i have a high hematocrit so the doctor asked me to stop the iron (despite having a very low level)
but another doctor had suggested to increase the iron dosage ... i think I would go back to see him :)

@lundgren if you have low iron levels you need to take iron, you have this via blood work? low iron or how do you know?

Yes, since my childhood I have always had iron prescriptions due to a strong deficiency confirmed by blood tests ( and some signs like skin pale ) In my next blood work i add this value.
Another doctor had suggested that I increase the dose, I would consult him with the next results this month.

Rowing dumbbell (i tried to up but the pain are always present on bones / skeletal muscle so i rest on the same weight with little bit difficult)

Deadstop dumbbell (the same about up the weight and pain / bones / skeletal muscle)

Batwing row (same about add more weight, i rest at this number)

For each exercices I block for about 3 scds doing slow and controlled movements to fell the targeted muscle and promot the pump effect.
