Lobster Tails, anyone out there got one?....

OK so probably 150x's a day i get asked; "do you work out" by the inmates at the facility i work at (some of these guys would give a lot of us a run for our money) Now i usually hear the "nice ass" and the J.LO comparisons but this one was so funny I was:FRlol:
this inmate says to me: "hey Ms. D, you know everyone's calling you a lobster?" and i said "Why 'cause i have red hair?" and he says "No, cause all your meat is in your tail!!!!" I thought i was going to piss my pants laughing so hard! Now my ass is legendary! By the way, you CAN bounce a quarter off it, I tried! All those years of sprinting and track & field did me good.:garza:
Anyone else out there with a "Lobster Tail"?

I did the 100m, 200m, 100m hurdles, 4x100 relay. Basically i could sprint like hell, but ask me to run a mile- forget it!!!!:spin:

Do you perchance have alot of muscle (a.k.a 'beef) on you?

If so, speaking on behalf of the majority of the males on these boards, we absolutely LOVE Surf 'n Turf!!!!!!!!!! :)
 
Spatts: just high school, never got a chance to run in college. i'm from New England where they are real big on soccer and football, track and field is brushed off. We didn't even have a track!! i started when i was in 3rd grade we lived on the West Coast where track and field is king! i was in h.s. when we moved back to VT. and they had just started a program. As far as times my 100 was around 12.3, my 100 hurdles 13.7. i really think i could have done better if i went to a high school with a program and a good coach. i don't remember my 200 or the 4x100 times (we're talking the '80's)
Md: i guess you would say i'm a little "thick" as the inmates say. i'm really heavy for me right now, carrying around too much (i'm 5'10" and usually around 165-170 compete at 145-150 , right now i'm about 195? i'm too scared to step on the scale. The only thing on my side is i'm tall and i have a lot of muscle so i don't look "FAT").
i'm trying to get back on track. i posted my "sob story" a few posts back. i tell you though this site has give me some of that fire back. Hopefully i'll be "Primo" soon!:p

I KNOW what you mean Spatts! i still can't go by a high school track without longing to pull out the ol' hurdles and runnin' a few. i still like to run bleacher stairs when possible (talk about tightening your ass!!)

*sigh* I miss those days:(
