Lipoflame alternative

I'm just wondering if there is an alternative to Lipoflame?
It sounds really awesome but as i'm in the UK there's no possible way to get this over here.
So i'm wondering if anyone knows of a suitable alternative that does the same job...or close enough? With the effects included if possible.
Any advice appreciated.

This is a fairly good product from the reviews I have gotten. And thats a uk site I beleive.

Thermorexin is a good alternative. AF Store carries it and they have it in their UK store.
