It's hard, will make you psycho at times :) , but I think it works), although sometimes I will use a treadmill and just "do it" walking w/a slight incline. I don't do that now because I'm about 75% healed on both knees, and I want to keep all the leg size that is finally coming back and get it to continue. I take my own pulse and multiply it to get the figure, I don't trust the ones that are on the machines too much.

do you really recommend the recumbent bike for cardio, and for how long would you do it?

is'nt it just about as worthwhile as breathing lol?
