, but I think it works), although sometimes I will use a treadmill and just "do it" walking w/a slight incline. I don't do that now because I'm about 75% healed on both knees, and I want to keep all the leg size that is finally coming back and get it to continue. I take my own pulse and multiply it to get the figure, I don't trust the ones that are on the machines too much.
