I am on my 5th week of my cycle and I was wondering if since I am on a cycle if I should be working out more often. I normally go 2 on/1 off/2on/1off
 
ya, its pretty much impossible to overtrain when ur on the juice, i did like 6 times a week when i was on, i guess just depends on what kind of workouts your doing, my recovery was really fast when i was on so you would be ok bumping up the amount of days you workout
 
what u taking? what r your goals?

recovery remarkably improves while on aas. u can however undereat & undersleep.

and my goals are to put on as much weight as possible
 
try going 4 on 1 off. this will cut out a rest day. start with this first & see how it goes.

how is the diet?
