LIfe Insrurance blood test

Hey yall, i have a life insurance blood test comming up. Im not "on" at the moment, been a few months, should i be worried?

i wouldnt think so dude, they wont be looking for steroids, aslong as your lipid profiles, cholesterol and all that jazz is in check you should be ok,what was your last cycle? any orals?

lipids and cholestrol are super important factors as well as liver enzymes. You definitely want to prep for the test. The difference in rates can be tremendous if you are preferred. You may want to PM Mac about some of the things like tyler, sessapure and gluccorel (SP) .. They may be able to help (for the test)

if you have used or are using any oral steroids, especially the "designer" methylated prohormone/prosteroid/steroid types you can expect them to have impact on your liver values (beleive you mentioned that you had used one recently on the supp forum).

most of the designer steroids (mainly very old steroids that were never developed, some not even past synthesis) are very hepatoxic.

are you taking creatine (of any kind)? if so cut that out a couple days before test
lower protein intake for 2-3 days
increase water intake

increase fish oil
eat oats (or take oat fiber supplements)
if there is time would add
sesapure
lecithin
red yeast rice

this ought to be a sticky by now. life insurers wont be looking for steroids.

its your BP, liver enzymes and cholesterol levels that are gonna fuck you up. wait 8 weeks minimum after going off. trust me, i am your local insurance man.
